Community Garden

The Community Garden was established in 2013.  Since then we have a variety of crops planted every season.  It is FREE to the community. We also welcome volunteers to help maintain the garden. Donations and plants are appreciated.
The garden is located behind Aaron McNeil through the open gate. Access to the garden is 24/7, and the gate is always open. There are no restrictions or requirements to access the Community Garden; all we ask is you gather what you will use.

In Early Spring we planted mustard greens, green onions, sqash and cucumber.

Currently in bloom we have tomatoes, bush beans, corn, whole beans, zucchini, eggplant, sweet potatoes (should be ready by the fall) and okra.

Occassionally, we will harvest items to keep from ruining and will set them inside. However, visitors are encouraged to tour the garden and pick what they like.
